Welcome

Our farm with our holiday apartment and chalet is situated in the idyllic small village of Ulfas, 1490m above seal level. It is a dairy farm with an average number of 15 cows in our stable.

Our farm is surrounded by an impressive landscape.To the holiday apartment and the chalet belongs a spacious terrace surrounded by a beautiful mountain scenery, as well as a lawn for sunbathing and balcony.

In summer a couple of alpine huts, which can be reached directly in short walking distance from our farm, offer traditional meals. 

In winter you can go skiing or go for a walk in the snow in Pfelders, only 15 minutes away by car. Snowshoes are included in the rate and you can go on a wonderful tour in the snow starting from our farm.

In the next village, Platt (approx. 8 minutes by car), there is a small supermarket that offers a small range of food and also non-food articles; a bakery where you can drink coffee or have a small breakfast, two restaurants, as well as a bus stop with direct connection to Meran and the skiing resort Pfelders. The Südtirol guest card standard is included in the rate for the apartment and the chalet and can be used for busses, trains and some cable cars throughout South Tyrol. 

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds made from our own Swiss stone pine tree.

Apartment Pichlhof:

from January 1 to December 31, 2025 : Euro 80,00

The above rate is for 2 guests/per night, for the third and the fourth person the rates are the following:

children up to 4 years: free

age 4 to 14: Euro 8,00

from 14 years of age: Euro 12,00

Chalet "Altes Bauernhaus":

from June 15 to September 15, 2025: Euro 140,00

The above rate is for 4 guests/per night, for the fifth and the sixth person the rates are the following:

children up to 4 years: free

age 4 to 14: Euro 8,00

from 14 years of age: Euro 12,00 

A deposit is not required.

The local tax is € 2,30 per day and person from 14 years of age. The tax has to be paid additionally.

Cash payment is possible as well as online banking transfer during your stay. 

Towels (bathroom, kitchen, toilet) and bed linen are included, as well as the use of Wifi, final cleaning, all extra costs and the guest card. 

The rooms are available from 3.00 p.m. the day of arrival and shall be left by 10.00 a.m. the day of departure (in July and August the departure and arrival times are different: arrival at 4.00 p.m. and departure at 9.00 a.m.).

In case of cancellation, no-show or earlier departure the Italian regulations for cancellation will be valid.

30 days prior to arrival cancellation is free.

We recommend a travel insurance.

Please note that pets are not allowed. 

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, on the terrace and on the balcony.
